The Coach - Mary Scott
Mary Scott has MIL Dip. German as well as RSA Dip. secretarial qualifications (Oxford Brookes 1984). She worked for many years in a number of different administrative roles in a wide variety of industries in London, before making a change and training in Theatre (acting) with a professional company in Canada, with which she complete a full-time professional apprenticeship in 1994.
In 2005 she trained to become a certified SIMA® associate. Since then she has worked with individuals and companies using this programme. Her clientele has ranged from Company CEOs to secondary school youth, from the unemployed, to military veterans , from the self-employed to those in retirement. She has given a number of talks and seminars on the subjects of 'Career as a Calling', and other topics related to the coaching.
She runs a charity Phoenix Performing Arts Trust (1989), set up a theatre company in 2010 TouchPoint Productions and in 2019 she co-founded CORE Theatre arts Training Academy which includes personal development and vocational coaching as a significant part of the programme.
